How to apply online for moving-in notification
1. After accessing the 24 Hours of Civil Service website, search for transfer report in the central search bar.
2. Click Apply for Transfer Notification
3. Log in / Apply for non-members
There is no need to sign up as a member, so it doesn’t matter if you apply as a non-member [requires an official certificate instead!!]
4. For non-members, consent to collection and use of personal information and unique identification information
Enter the non-member application information.
After entering member information, notices related to online transfer registration appear.
Let’s take a look at a few representative examples!
㉮ A person who has moved must apply, and a separate accredited certificate is required.
㉯ Failure to report without justifiable reasons within 14 days from the date of moving (moving in) may result in a fine of not more than 50,000 won, or a false report may result in imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine not exceeding 30 million won. [Articles 37 and 40 of the 「Resident Registration Act」]
㉰ If you apply after 18:00 or on a Saturday or public holiday, your application will be accepted on the next working day (if the head of household verification is required, the date on which the head of household verification is completed).
㉱ If the applicant is a minor, it is not possible to apply online.
