You can use the Seoul Village Lawyer System.
You do not have to worry about additional costs because it is a free legal consultation provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government itself.

Currently, only non-face-to-face phone consultations are available due to COVID-19.
However, there is a separate free consultation time, so find out in advance and get a free consultation.

How to get free legal advice
You can use the free counseling service provided by the Seoul Metropolitan Government.
It is called Seoul Legal Administrative Service.
1. Search for [Seoul Legal Administrative Service] on portal sites such as Daum or Naver.
Click [Seoul Metropolitan City Legal Administrative Service] at the top.

2. If you access the Seoul Metropolitan Government’s Legal Administrative Service, there are several contents at the top.
Click [Legal Consultation] in the second.
3. If you entered the legal counseling guide, there are three things.
There are village lawyers in Seoul, citizen legal counseling offices, and cyber legal counseling.
You can click on the legal advice that suits you and get advice.

4. If you go to the village lawyer in Seoul, you will see regular counseling days in our neighborhood like this.
Consultation dates are different for each region, so please check.
5. If you want to search by region, click [Search] after setting the [Target District].
If you do, the date and time for free legal consultation will appear.
The hours are not long and the dates are different, so you can call the one with the closest date.
6. Free legal counseling in Seoul is currently available only for non-face-to-face phone counseling due to COVID-19.
That’s why it doesn’t matter if you don’t necessarily live in that dong.
If you can call the free legal consultation phone number you searched for and consult, you can consult right away, but in some cases you must make a reservation.
When making a reservation, we ask for your address, but even if you do not live in that neighborhood, you can receive free legal counseling from the Seoul Metropolitan Government regardless of your address.
