We want to make sure that you love your purchase and are happy to exchange or refund your hair extensions if the colour does not match your hair. Please email michelle@hairvenlyextensions.com with a picture of your hair colour if you need help finding the perfect colour match.
For hygiene reasons we only offer exchanges/refunds on hair products that have not been worn or tampered with. Please inspect the hair before removing the gold bindings as we won't exchange/refund hair after bindings have been removed.
All returned products must be: All returned products must be:- Unused and in original condition
- Undamaged
- Returned within 7 days of receipt
- In a re-saleable condition
- Hair extensions must have original gold bindings intact
We will refund the original amount at time of purchase. All postage costs are non-refundable.
